To leverage the auto-compounding strategy, first open a yield farming position on Mighty Finance. Once active, Mighty Finance’s auto-compounding bot will automatically harvest rewards and reinvest them into your positions, enhancing overall returns.

The auto-compounding APY formula is as follows:

$$APY = \left(100\% + \frac{R}{N}\right)^N$$

Where:

• R = Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

• N = Number of compounding periods per year

When compounding frequently, this can approximate to:

$$APY = \left(\left(100\% + \frac{R}{N}\right)^{\frac{N}{R}}\right)^R \rightarrow e^R$$
